Cindy Wume

Cindy Wume is a freelance illustrator from Tainan, Taiwan, with a passion for creating art inspired by humanity, a sense of place, and imagination. After earning a bachelor’s degree in foreign languages and literatures, she pursued an MA in Children’s Book Illustration at Cambridge School of Art in 2014. Cindy works primarily with gouache, marker, ink, dip-pen, and colored pencils. Her picture books include The Best Sound in the World (Frances Lincoln), The Bookshop Cat (Macmillan), and The Gardening Dog (Macmillan). Her artwork was featured in the 2016 Bologna Children’s Book Fair Exhibition.

Joanna Rzezak

Joanna Rzezak is a versatile artist and illustrator based in Paris, originally from Warsaw. A multidisciplinary creator, she works across painting, illustration, design and children’s book projects. She has published six children’s books and illustrated several others. Her works have been translated into several languages and are enjoyed by young readers around the world.

Kasia Antczak

Kasia Antczak is an animal psychologist and dog trainer. Her dream is to live in the country. She loves animals, the smell of the forest and the sound of the sea. She is mother to Filip and caregiver of two rescue dogs, Coco and Luna.

Noemí Fabra

Noemí Fabra is an illustrator based in Barcelona. She is known for her fresh style and use of colour. With a significant portfolio of work in the publishing sector, especially children’s books and book covers, her clients are mainly international magazines covering a range of topics including lifestyle, health and business.

Tonka Uzu

Tonka Uzu was born and raised in Sofia, Bulgaria, and has lived in Italy before relocating to Cambridge, UK. She holds a BA Hons in History and Theory of Art from the University of Bologna and a Master’s degree in Children’s Book Illustration from the Cambridge School of Art at Anglia Ruskin University. Alongside her career as an illustrator, Tonka works as an artist facilitator. She has a passion for drawing children and animals, bringing her unique blend of cultural experiences and academic background to her enchanting illustrations.

Will Hamilton-Davies

Will Hamilton-Davies is a Bristol-based children’s author and poet. His stories champion confidence, curiosity and courage – empowering young readers to speak up, stand out and embrace the world around them.

A testament to his ambition and belief, Will crowdfunded and self-published The Shrew with the Flu, which has now sold over 5,000 copies in the UK alone.

Kasia Fryza

Kasia Fryza (Katarzyna Księżopolska) is an illustrator from Warsaw (Warszawa). She loves drawing and travelling through Europe with her husband, daughter and dog in their old van. She has illustrated the Slobber, Slobber, Kiss, Kiss book.

Diana Marciano

Diana Marciano has an education in Publishing and Journalism and Modern Philology. She is the author of several works ranging from essays to comics. Diana works as an editor and copywriter for various publishing houses, and occasionally forays into journalism. She has a strong interest in film adaptations of novels and plays.

Dávid Pogran

Dávid Pogran is an illustrator and designer from Poprad, Slovakia, passionate about bringing stories to life through art. Inspired by nature, music, and dreams, his work explores the harmony between reality and the surreal—with flowers often stealing his attention.

Michelle Beech

Michelle Beech is an illustrator and author from Devon, UK. She enjoys inventing stories from her imagination and experiences. Living in South West England means that she is never far from woodland, moorland and coastline. This close relationship with nature strongly influences her work, which is often inspired by the magic and beauty of the natural world. She loves to create enchanting characters and dreamlike settings through her watercolour illustrations. Michelle studied Illustration BA (Hons) at Falmouth University and MA Illustration at Plymouth University.
